Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
1. Who we are
Prompt Reps (promptreps.com, “the Service”) is operated by Anastasia Bir, a private individual based in Spain. You can reach us at support@promptreps.com. By creating an account or buying a course you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
Prompt Reps provides online courses about working with AI tools, with interactive practice exercises graded by AI and an AI mentor chat. Free courses are available to any registered user; paid courses unlock after a one-time purchase and remain available for as long as the Service operates. We may update course content over time to keep it current.
3. Accounts
You need an account to track progress and to buy courses. Keep your sign-in method secure: you are responsible for activity under your account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms; if your access is removed without cause while you hold a valid purchase, we will refund it.
4. Purchases and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: email support@promptreps.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full, no questions asked. This guarantee is at least as generous as the EU consumer right of withdrawal. After a refund, access to the paid course is removed. See the Refund policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
When using the Service you agree not to:
- share, resell, scrape, or republish course content, exercises, or AI mentor conversations beyond normal personal use;
- share one account between multiple people or circumvent paid-content gates;
- abuse the AI features — e.g. attempt prompt-injection against the grader or mentor, automate bulk requests, or use them to generate unlawful, harassing, or harmful content;
- disrupt or probe the Service’s security or infrastructure.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your content and AI output
You keep the rights to text you submit in exercises and mentor chats. You grant us a licence to process it to operate the Service (grading, mentoring, abuse prevention). AI-generated feedback and mentor replies are provided for learning purposes and may be inaccurate — use your own judgement; they are not professional advice.
7. Intellectual property
Course content, branding, and the Service itself belong to Anastasia Bir or its licensors. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to learn from the content; it does not transfer ownership.
8. Trademarks & independence
Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Prompt Reps is an independent educational service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. We reference “Claude” only to describe what our courses teach (nominative fair use); the courses are our own independent work. Other product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
