14-day money-back guarantee

Every course purchase on Prompt Reps comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the course isn’t for you — for any reason — email support@promptreps.com from the address on your account within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. No questions asked.

How it works

• Send the refund request to support@promptreps.com; mentioning the course helps.
• We confirm and issue the refund through Stripe, usually within a few days.
• Once refunded, access to the paid course is removed automatically. Your account, free courses, and progress stay intact.
• Bank processing can take 5–10 business days before the money shows on your statement.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Our guarantee matches or exceeds it, and we honour it without requiring any waiver — starting a course does not cost you the guarantee.

After 14 days

Past the 14-day window refunds are at our discretion — write to support@promptreps.com and Anastasia Bir will take a look personally. Statutory rights you hold under applicable consumer law are never affected.
